Special thanks and respect go out to the one and only “Tim Barrow” and Blue Groove in Croyde yesterday for staging the launch party of Tim’s Surfers Portrait Exhibition.
I have to say I was slightly overawed and most humble in the presence of such company young and old.
All these pictures are part of Tim’s ongoing project inspired by his good mate, the late Ted Deerhurst. If you don’t know who he was then just google it.
Over the last few years he has been busy in his own spare time collecting portraits on film and developed and printed in his darkroom.
They cover almost 30yrs of dedication to North Devon Surfing.
If the greater plan comes together, then this will one day be published into a book.
Anyway, you can now check them out for yourself at the Blue Groove Restaurant & Bar in Croyde
