The Museum of British Surfing is proud to present another UK film premier – ‘Going Vertical‘ – the epic search to unravel one of surfing’s greatest mysteries… who started the shortboard revolution?
The debate still rages across the Pacific – who really lit the fuse of this massive shift in surfboard design during the tumultuous 1967 ‘summer of love’ that turned surfing upside down.
On Thursday August 30th 2012 at 7.30pm we’ll be showing the movie at Croyde Village Hall in association with our fabulous friends at the Croyde Deckchair Cinema – the first 38 tickets sold will get deckchairs at the front of the hall. Advance tickets only – priced £5 (cash only) – are available now from the Museum of British Surfing in the Caen Street car park, Braunton between 10am & 4pm every day. 10% discount for season ticket holders.
